Expertise among the four of us spans brand and generic pharmaceuticals as well as managed care, long-term care, investments and consulting. We have expertise in building strong, bright and passionate teams, business and marketing strategy, analytics, business development, project management, process improvement and operations.

Our four-person leadership group is engaged in the business on a full-time basis. We’re in the trenches every day, actively involved and always available to problem solve and partner with our clients. We are structured to be a multi-generational organization, in it for the long haul. You can count on us being here for you. We believe in long-term relationships. Mark Patton

In addition to his role as CEO, Mark is actively engaged in our strategic business development, market positioning and planning initiatives. He began his career in life sciences, healthcare, healthcare financing, e-commerce and consulting. More than three decades later, he has been the driver behind innumerable success stories. He’s gained extensive experience in executive leadership, business and marketing strategy, client development and team building.

Prior to Prescription Analytics, Mark founded and developed Business and Marketing Resources, Inc., a strategy and organizational consulting & business development company focused on the life science, healthcare and medical management sectors. He served as Sr. VP of business development at Paradigm Healthcare, leading the sales, marketing and client support teams. Their initiatives resulted in growth of annualized revenues from $7MM to $240MM within a six-year period. Mark’s industry experience also includes executive roles at Time Insurance (Assurant) and Employers Health (Humana). Mark holds a BS in Business Administration and Finance from Carroll University.

Patrick is President and Chief Operational Officer. His disciplined approach to our business helps ensure the successful fulfillment of our client obligations and in turn the success of their businesses. His leadership and partner development experience includes senior roles in healthcare, long-term care, manufacturing, wholesale distribution and commodity financial markets. Patrick is a seasoned business strategist and consultant with a track record of making business decisions that put the companies he has led, and their partners, in a position of growth while still continuing to maintain a world-class, disciplined and repeatable standard of service to their clients.

Patrick formerly served as President of Stewart Peterson, Inc., a commodity consulting and marketing services firm, ranking among the nation’s largest agricultural commodity consultants. Previously, he served in senior roles including strategic business unit General Manager and Director of Sales for Rishi Tea Company, National Account Executive for Direct Supply, Inc. and Organizational Development Specialist for Harley Davidson Motor Company. Patrick earned his BA of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Dan is a life sciences and pharmaceutical industry leader, highly regarded for his expertise in pharmaceutical sales operations, contract management, pharmaceutical supply chain, analytics and forecasting, chargeback administration and healthcare government pricing and reporting. Dan is an experienced operational leader and team builder, as well as a skilled analyst, strategist and life sciences business consultant.
Prior to Prescription Analytics, he served in senior leadership roles at Camber Pharmaceuticals and DDN Pharmaceutical Logistics, where he focused on developing and managing government pricing services, order to cash management processes, product launches, market access strategies, chargeback processing and analytic and forecasting processes and technology. Dan holds a BA in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Jeremy LaJoice

Jeremy leads our regulatory compliance practices and oversees technology strategy & application across the enterprise. Recognized as a thought-leader within the pharmaceutical industry, Jeremy has published a numerous technical blogs and white papers that simplify complex government pricing and regulatory updates for pharmaceutical manufacturers. He also supports the business analytics and market access operations, as well as the pricing and contract analytics needs of our clients. Through Jeremy’s leadership we strive to ensure our clients are always in compliance and managing technology appropriately to mitigate risks and leverage opportunity.  He has broad strategic, analytic, operational, and technological experience in life sciences, long-term care and manufacturing.

Jeremy previously served in senior leadership and client care roles for Direct Supply, Inc., focused on the long-term healthcare segment, and for Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Jeremy holds a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis on supply chain and operations management from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
